10.12.150 Entering vehicle without owner’s permission.

A. No person shall enter a vehicle of another without the permission of the owner thereof or without lawful authority.
B. Entering a vehicle without the owner’s permission shall be considered a misdemeanor. [Ord. 9777 § 12, 1989; Ord. 8572 § 6, 1977].
