Routine maintenance or repair of an existing, permitted small cell facility does not require notice to, or approval of, the city. Work that triggers the requirements of BMC 13.16.090 shall not be considered “routine maintenance or repair” for purposes of this section. [Ord. 2018-09-014 § 1].
