Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, and each day of violation shall be a separate offense. [Ord. 2013-09-073 § 23; Code 1980 at § 11.24.050].
