13.52.030 Permit and inspection fees.

The public works department shall be authorized to charge the following fees:
A. For examining plans and issuing a driveway permit, $25.00; and
B. Such field inspection and plans examination fees as shall reimburse the city for the actual cost thereof when the costs of inspection, examination of plans, and issuance of the permit aggregate more than $25.00 in the course of issuance of a permit required by this chapter.
