A. Existing Source. Within either 180 days after the effective date of a categorical pretreatment standard, or the final administrative decision on a category determination under 40 CFR 403.6(a)(4), whichever is later, existing sources that are subject to such standard shall submit to the director a baseline monitoring report containing the information identified in subsection (C) of this section.

B. New Source. At least 90 days prior to commencement of discharge, new sources shall submit to the director a baseline monitoring report that contains the information identified in subsection (C) of this section.

C. The baseline monitoring report shall include the information described in BMC 15.14.042(C).

D. If the categorical pretreatment standard is modified by a removal allowance (40 CFR 403.7), the combined waste stream formula (40 CFR 403.6(e)), and/or a fundamentally different factors variance (40 CFR 403.13) after the user submits the baseline monitoring report required by this section, then any necessary amendments to the certification statement and/or compliance schedule contained in the original baseline monitoring report shall be submitted by the user to the director within 60 days after the modified limit was approved.
