The director is authorized to implement and enforce pretreatment program requirements as required by 40 CFR 403.8. The authority to enforce this chapter and state and federal pretreatment regulations is vested in the director and his/her designees. [Ord. 2020-07-016 § 1; Ord. 2019-11-032 § 1].
