2.01.010 Created – Director duties.

There is created an administrative department of the city to be known as the department of administrative services and organized as follows:
A. The department shall be under the supervision of the director of administrative services, who shall be exempt from civil service, and appointed by the mayor pursuant to Charter.
B. The director of administrative services shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. To supervise the purchasing, central stores, information services, computer services, equipment rental and personnel services of the city;
2. To provide such additional services as may be assigned by the mayor. [Ord. 9375 § 1, 1984].
