2.54.040 Powers and duties.

A. The board shall have the powers and duties assigned to the landmark review board under Chapter 17.90 BMC.
B. The board shall also be empowered to make any other decisions and/or recommendations delegated to it in accordance with the Bellingham Municipal Code. [Ord. 2004-05-034; Ord. 10719 § 50, 1996; Ord. 9615 § 4, 1986; Code 1980 at § 20.28.040].
