There is established a home rehabilitation program loan review board with members appointed and serving in accordance with City Charter Section 7.01. The board shall have the duties and responsibilities set forth in this chapter and such other duties as are set by city ordinance. The board shall consist of no more than nine members. To the extent possible, members will be selected so that the board has representation from social services, banking institutions, neighborhoods, and the real estate and building industries. Members shall be appointed by the mayor. Members shall serve four-year terms. Initial appointments may be for shorter terms to allow for staggered terms of office. Members may be reappointed without limitation. Members are not required to be residents of the city. [Ord. 2018-05-010 § 2; Ord. 2018-03-006 § 15].
