A. Any person violating any provision of this title, unless otherwise specified, is guilty of a civil infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00 for the first offense and not more than $1,000 for the second offense. Each violation shall be a separate offense, and in the case of continuing violation, each day’s continuance shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation.

B. A person violating any provision of this title, upon conviction for a third or subsequent offense, and unless otherwise specified, shall be guilty of having committed a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
