A preliminary short subdivision approval shall be determined null and void if final subdivision approval is not fully executed by filing the final plat mylars at the Whatcom County auditor’s office within three years of the date of preliminary approval, unless an extension of time for the preliminary approval is approved in accordance with BMC 23.12.070.
