The final short plat and all required easements, deeds, covenants, and other documents required by the preliminary approval shall be recorded concurrently with the county auditor in compliance with state and county laws and regulations within 30 days of the director’s approval. Failure to record the mylars within 30 days will cause the final plat approval to be null and void. Short plats are not considered final until they are recorded. [Ord. 2018-12-036 § 2 (Exh. A)].
