Specific binding site plans may be filed for a period of five years from approval date of the general binding site plan permit, unless an extension of time for the general binding site plan permit is approved in accordance with BMC 23.24.090. If a specific binding site plan compliant with this title is not filed within the above stated time frame, the general binding site plan permit shall be determined null and void upon expiration of the general binding site plan permit and no specific binding site plans may be filed after the permit has expired.
