In accordance with state law and with regulations of this title, the applicant shall furnish the city with an electronic .pdf copy, or other electronic format approved by the city, of the recorded general and specific binding site plans prior to the city issuing any further land use or building permits for the lots included in the specific binding site plan boundaries.
