There is created a surface and stormwater utility fund. All funds received by the city from rates and charges collected pursuant to Chapter 15.16 BMC for surface and stormwater services and all moneys received by the city from the streets and alleys vacated by the city pursuant to Chapter 13.48 BMC shall be deposited in the surface and stormwater utility fund.
