Failure to submit the required information, or should it in the judgment of the director of public works reveal the prospective bidder is not sufficiently equipped or qualified to enter into or perform the contract, will disqualify the bidder or bidders. The director of public works will forthwith notify the bidder of that fact prior to the award of contract. [Ord. 8884 § 7(C), 1980].
