Upon request, copies of all petitions, applications, communications and reports submitted by the company to the Federal Communications Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission (specifically 10K and 8K), or any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction in respect to any matters affecting cable television operations authorized pursuant to the franchise, shall be provided simultaneously to the city attorney.
