“Continuous performances,” “amusement,” or “contests,” whenever used in this chapter, means any performance, amusement, or contest which fails to close to all participants and all other persons at 12:00 midnight and remain closed until after 7:00 a.m. of each and every day of its operation, and includes all so-called marathons, walkathons, or activities of a similar nature.
