The provisions of this chapter are in addition to all other regulations, statutes and ordinances. Any adult cabaret which sells, serves or provides liquor to the public shall be required to comply with the provisions of this code and all other laws applicable to liquor establishments. All adult entertainment businesses shall be required to obtain any licenses and to pay all taxes and fees required by other provisions of this code in addition to the license required in this chapter.
