A. A standard package or container of butter in the city shall contain 16 ounces net weight or 32 ounces net weight, and a standard package or container need have no statement of the net weight of its contents.

B. Whenever butter is sold or offered for sale in a package or container, the commodity upon the basis of weight or measure unless the same is bought upon section, such package or container shall be labeled in plain English words or figures with the correct net weight of its contents expressed in pounds and ounces, together with the name of the manufacturer or jobber.
