A. Meetings of the membership, if any, shall be held at least once a year or at more frequent intervals as provided in the charter. Special meetings of the membership, if any, may be called by the board or by petition of the members as provided by the charter or the bylaws.

B. Notice of any membership meeting, stating the place, day and hour, shall be mailed to members entitled to be present at least 10 days and not more than 30 days before the meeting; provided, that, if the membership is larger than 100 persons, notice may be made by publication of notice for three days in a newspaper of general circulation in the area together with posting in a prominent place in the public corporation’s offices.
