It is unlawful for any person to operate any watercraft at a speed in excess of five nautical miles per hour under the following circumstances:

A. Within 250 feet of any shoreline, pier, restricted area or shore installation.

B. Within 100 feet of a swimmer or nonmotorized watercraft.

C. Between one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise. [Ord. 9682 § 1, 1987; Code 1980 at § 10.12.060].
