Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a civil infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00 for each violation. Each violation shall be a separate offense, and in the case of a continuing violation, each day’s continuance shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct violation.
