It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly open carry a firearm or other weapon in any stadium or convention center operated by the city including, but not limited to, Civic Stadium and Joe Martin Stadium. This prohibition shall not apply to (A) any pistol in the possession of a person licensed under RCW 9.41.070 or exempt from the licensing requirement by RCW 9.41.060; or (B) any showing, demonstration, or lecture involving the exhibition of firearms.

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor. [Ord. 2023-09-028 § 2].
