This chapter applies to requests for vacation of street and alley rights-of-way. This chapter shall not apply to vacation or termination of other types of public easements. As used in this chapter, the term “subject right-of-way” means the street or alley, or portions thereof, sought to be vacated. [Ord. 2023-09-029 § 2].
