Upon petitioner paying the public hearing fee or upon passage of a resolution by the city council seeking vacation, the city council shall, by resolution, schedule a time when the city will hold a public hearing on the proposed vacation. The hearing will be no more than 60 days or less than 20 days after the date of passage of the resolution scheduling the public hearing. [Ord. 2023-09-029 § 2].
