The Bellingham Commercial Energy Code, adopted on February 7, 2022, shall be repealed, and the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code – Chapter 51-11C WAC, published by the International Code Council, as now and hereafter amended by the state of Washington, is adopted as the Bellingham Commercial Energy Code, effective March 15, 2024.
