2.24.140 Retention of data or information obtained in violation of BMC 2.24.120 is unlawful.

A. Any data or information that is obtained, retained, stored, possessed, accessed, used, collected, or derived in violation of BMC 2.24.120 shall be considered unlawfully obtained, and shall be deleted upon discovery.
B. In the event that any data or information on an individual is obtained, retained, stored, possessed, accessed, used, collected, or derived in violation of BMC 2.24.120 that individual should be notified within 30 days of the violation by registered mail. [Res. 2021-19 § 5].
