Meetings of the waterfront advisory group shall be open to the public. The waterfront advisory group shall determine its own meeting schedule but shall meet at least once each quarter. Written records of meetings, resolutions, findings and recommendations shall be kept and such records shall be public. The group shall adopt its own rules and procedures which shall be a matter of public record. The city and the port shall provide staff and funding for the waterfront advisory group as they deem necessary for the group to perform its duties.
