Smoking, including carrying or smoking of any kind of lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette, any other lighted smoking equipment, or an operating electronic smoking device (vaping), is prohibited on park property except in areas that may be designated by the mayor. [Ord. 2021-06-026 § 1].
