10.12.140 Driving on public lawns.

A. It is unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle upon any public lawn or upon any public property not intended for travel by motor vehicles.
B. Driving upon public lawns shall be considered a misdemeanor. [Ord. 8920 § 4, 1980; Ord. 8573 § 3(N), 1977].
