A. Contract Requirements. Contracts for public works projects that are subject to apprenticeship utilization requirements under this chapter shall include provisions detailing the apprentice labor requirements. The public works director or his designee shall develop the necessary contract specification language to implement the requirements of this chapter. [Ord. 2021-03-007].
