6.54.095 Records maintenance and right of inspection.

A. An owner must maintain the following records for three years:
1. Proof of background check for individual drivers as required by BMC 6.54.085; and
2. Proof of annual vehicle inspection as required by BMC 6.54.070.
B. Once per year, the finance department may review the owner’s records to verify compliance with this chapter. The records must be chosen randomly by the finance department or in a manner agreeable to both parties. [Ord. 2023-12-039 § 8].
